Tariff for the Studio and 2 Bed Apartments for
2012.
The weekly
price for the 2 bed No 5 which sleeps 2 - 6 people is:
7th January -24th March =£270.
24th
March -14th April = £335.
14th April -2nd June = £315
2nd June -9th June = £470.
9th June - 30th June = £378.
30th June - 14th July = £470
14th July - 21st July = £470.
21st July - 1st September
= £560.
1st September - 22nd September = £378.
22nd Sept -20th October = £315.
2oth October - 3rd November = £335.

The 2 bed
apartment is primarily a family residence, whether single, couple with, or without, children, it is a comfortable cosy
retreat for all to enjoy.
The Tariff for the Studio apartment which sleeps
a maximum of 2 people:
7th January
- 10th February = £227.
11th Feb - 17th February = 278
18th February - 30th March £257.
31st March -
13th April = £321.
14th April - 1st June = £291.
2nd June - 8th June = £342.
9th June - 20th July
= £321.
21st July - 7th September = £428.
8th September -26th October = £300.

The property is a studio apartment with a separate kitchen and shower-room which has the usual
facilities of shower, toilet and wash basin.
You will have the option of paying via a Paypal account if you have
one and can use a credit or debit card to make a payment.
You do not need a Paypal account to make a payment.
All bookings commence on a Saturday.
The apartment will usually be available from 2:00PM on
the Saturday.
On the Saturday you are returning home you are asked to vacate by 10:00AM to allow for cleaning
please.
A damage deposit of £100 will be payable in addition to the booking fee.
This will be
refunded within two weeks of your return from holiday, providing no damage incurred.
You will be asked to
complete a booking form with details of all the members of your holiday party.
A contact phone number is
also required in case of emergencies.

Please
do not make a payment yet, you will need to call me or email, details of both are shown here, to ensure that the week
you require is still free. I will then
invoice you for the correct payment due once you confirm you do want to book the week your interested in.
You
will be asked to pay a 25% deposit if more than 12 weeks to your chosen dates.
If 11
weeks or less payment will be due immediately.
