property is primarily a family residence, discounts are available to couples wishing to book this accomodation or
families booking a 2 week break. If booking discounted weeks no further discount will be applied

The property is a studio
apartment with a separate kitchen and shower-room which has the usual facilities of shower, toilet and wash basin.
ADDITIONAL
INFORMATION ON BOOKING
Discounts
are available to couples wishing to book a 2 week break.
Book
a 2nd week at either property and receive a 10% discount from the 2nd week.
You
will have the option of paying via a Paypal account if you have one and can use a credit or debit card to make a payment.
You
do not need a Paypal account to make a payment.
All
bookings commence on a Saturday.
The
apartment will usually be available from 2:00PM on the Saturday.
On
the Saturday you are going home you are asked to vacate by 10:00AM to allow for cleaning.
A
damage deposit of £100 will be payable in addition to the booking fee. This will be refunded within two weeks of your
return from holiday, providing no damage incurred.
You
will be asked to complete a booking form with details of all the members of your holiday party.
A
contact phone number is also required in case of emergencies.
Both
apartments are non-smoking.
