Tariff
for the Studio and two bed apartments Prices frozen at 2009 to help families and couples achieve their holiday breaks without
fear of breaking the bank!
The Tariff for the 2 bed which sleeps 2 - 6 people:
I confirm that our prices
for the 2 bed apartment will be:
High Season: June, July, August £400 -£550
Mid Season: May - September
£300 - £450
Low Season: October -April £200 - £375
Christmas and New Year £550 per
week
The apartment is primarily a family residence, discounts are available to couples wishing to book this accomodation
or families booking a 2 week break.
If booking discounted weeks no further discount will be applied.
The Tariff for the Studio apartment which sleeps a maximum of 2 people:

for the Studio will be:
High Season: June, July August £280 -£350.
Mid Season: May - September £200
- £250
Low Season: October - April £180 -£250
Christmas and New Year £350 per week
The property is a studio apartment with a separate kitchen and shower-room which has the usual facilities of shower,
toilet and wash basin.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ON BOOKING: Discounts are available to couples wishing to
book a 2 week break.
Book a 2nd week at either property and receive a 10% discount from the 2nd week.
You will have the option of paying via a Paypal account if you have one and can use a credit or debit card to make
a payment.
You do not need a Paypal account to make a payment.
All bookings commence on
a Saturday.
The apartment will usually be available from 2:00PM on the Saturday.
On the Saturday you
are returning home you are asked to vacate by 10:00AM to allow for cleaning please.
A damage deposit of £100
will be payable in addition to the booking fee.
This will be refunded within two weeks of your return from holiday,
providing no damage incurred.
You will be asked to complete a booking form with details of all the members
of your holiday party.
A contact phone number is also required in case of emergencies.

Please do not pay yet.
I will invoice you for the correct payment due once you confirm
you wish to make a booking.
You will be asked to pay a 25% deposit if more than 12 weeks
to your chosen dates.
If 11 weeks or less full pay will be due immediately.
