A two bedroom holiday apartment
thoughtfully refurbished to a high standard and furnished with quality and comfortable furnishings and fittings.
The lounge has a comfortable sofa bed which will seat 3-4 and
an additional double seater sofa and a foot stool for those moments when only putting your feet up wil do!
There is a Flat screen LCD TV, Freeview, video recorder
& DVD player. We have recently added a playstation and games for the rainy days we hope may not happen! In
addition there is a radio/CD player, we have also provided a small library of books, DVD's CD's, games, remember to
bring your own to enjoy during your stay.
The double
bedroom has an orthopedic double divan, plenty of storage and a portable TV/DVD to allow you to wind down in comfort.
Both of the double beds (one is the sofa bed) have kingsize
duvets, so ample coverage!
The single
bedroom has a bunk bed and at the base a double futon sofa bed. Please note the room is too small to accomodate a couple
using the sofa bed but would be ideal for a single occupant or two children, plenty of room to spread out and unwind.
The top bunk has a full sized single mattress but has restricted
head room, would be perfect for a young adventurous child.
The unit is heavy and needs to be pulled forward when the sofa bed is pulled out.
The kitchen/dining area has a dining table and 6 chairs.
All the usual equipment you might expect are provided in the kitchen,
oven, microwave, toaster etc.
The modern
shower room has the usual facilities, Power Shower, basin and toilet and is newly tiled with a quality shower unit.
There is also a hairdryer, steam iron
and ironing board, so you can leave those items at home!
There is a laundry room with washing machines and tumble dryers which is coin operated.
Electricity and bed linen is included in the weekly charge, you
need to bring towels but not bathmats which will be provided.
Brightlands is set in a beautiful rural location, there is a bird sanctury in Mere Lane and
the beachs of Crooklets and Summerleaze is a 20 minute walk away. The beautiful unspoilt seaside town of Bude is
waiting for you to explore.
